Announcement of the establishment of Sacom Wires & Cables Corporation

In implementing the 2011 SACOM Shareholder’s Resolution, SACOM has invested to establish Sacom Wire and Cable (SACOM Wire & Cable) Company, with 100% owned by SACOM. Launching ceremony took place at SACOM hall on 24/06/2011.

Mr. Ha Hoang The Quang, Deputy General Director of SACOM holds the position of General Director of SACOM Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company. Mr. Ha Hoang The Quang will report to Mr. Tran Anh Vuong, General Director of SACOM Development and Investment JSC and Chairman of SACOM Wire and Cable.
