Mr. Tran Van Quan has more than 24 years of experience in the field of telecommunication cables and has been associated with SACOM Cable and Cable Company. He joined the company in November 1994 and officially assumed the position of Deputy General Director from July 2011. With his production expertise and excellent management skills, Quan is confidently entrusted with the key role in managing and operating production at Telecommunication Cable Factory, as well as advising the CEO on Issues related to production strategy and system management solutions for the whole company.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has participated in many national and international training courses.

Mr. Ho Ngoc Chinh plays a key role in the management and operation of the production line at the Magnetics Factory and is also advising the General Manager on issues related to production strategies and technical solutions. for the whole company.
Mr. Chinh joined SACOM Cable and Cables Company in February 1995. He has over 23 years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering of telecommunication wire and cable industry. Prior to assuming the position of Deputy General Director from July 2011 and taking the main responsibility at the magnet wire factory, he was in charge of management and operation of SACOM optical cable production from 2008 to 2012.
Mr. Chinh graduated from University of Electrical and Electronics Engineering; BA in English as well as many professional training courses in the country and abroad.

Mr. Dao Ngoc Quyet joined SACOM Wire and Cable Corporation in February 2017 and officially took up the position of Chief Financial Officer since 08/2017. Mr. Quyet has made many positive contributions in advising the CEO, the Board on solutions to improve the effectiveness of financial control and internal management.
Mr. Quyet completed his Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, and attended many senior management courses. He has over 10 years of experience working in the financial industry in large businesses: Kuraudia Vietnam, Harris Freeman Vietnam, Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation ...
